"The hotel is conveniently located in Changchun city center, right by People's Square and next to Zhuozhan Luxury Shopping Mall, making the surrounding area quite bustling. It's a long-standing 5-star hotel, and I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Changchun. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to them for the complimentary room upgrade! Both the public areas and our room were quite clean and tidy. Breakfast quality control needs strengthening. While there was a wide variety of options, none felt particularly refined, and the taste of most dishes was quite average, though the stewed sauerkraut was delicious. The doorman service also requires improvement. Staff were observed chatting amongst themselves, and there was no proactive door-opening service upon arrival, nor any basic welcoming greetings."

"My stay at the Echarm Hotel Changchun FAW branch had its ups and downs. The most immediate positive was the spacious room – plenty of space for luggage and moving around, which made for a very comfortable and un-cramped experience. However, there were a few minor drawbacks: firstly, no conditioner was provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests who need it for hair care. Secondly, the air conditioning emitted a noticeable odor when turned on, affecting air quality and overall comfort. Thirdly, the breakfast selection was quite limited, not catering to diverse dietary needs. On the positive side, the hotel's attention to service and post-stay follow-up was commendable. After checking out, the hotel proactively called to ask about my stay and suggestions for improvement, showing a genuine commitment to guest feedback. Moreover, I accidentally left my charger in the room, and the staff promptly contacted me, located it, and assisted with mailing it back. Their efficient and responsible service genuinely resolved my issue. If the hotel can address the AC odor, breakfast variety, and conditioner availability, the overall experience would be significantly improved. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit to the Changchun FAW area."

"What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!"

"The room was clean and tidy. The hotel had good hot water, and the heating worked well. It's very close to Changchun Station and the subway station, making it convenient to visit the Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo and the Changchun Film Studio Old Site. There are also former Manchukuo sites nearby."

"My friend recommended this hotel for my business trip, as it's close to their place. The hotel has a large courtyard, which makes parking convenient, and it's not far from Nanhu Park, so you can take a stroll after dinner. The hotel was renovated in 2024, so the facilities are relatively new. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. There's a self-service laundry room and a gym. However, the room is quite small; the shower stall is so tiny you can't even turn around. This was the main reason I switched hotels after staying two nights. The overall hygiene was decent. Service was mediocre; they didn't offer things that should have been provided during check-in, and the mini-bar was empty. I had to ask at the front desk the next day to get tickets for the Liu Laogen Grand Stage. The front desk manager seemed nice and even offered to put extra drinks in the mini-bar, but in the end, it was just one Coke and one Sprite. What kind of management is that, *chuckles*. The breakfast selection is quite good for a four-star standard. However, I noticed leftover noodles from the previous guest on a supposedly cleaned table. They start clearing the food promptly at 9:30 AM, right on the dot, without any prior warning to guests on the first day. Overall, I'd say the hotel's rating should be a pretty good four-star. It's confusing how Ctrip's four/five-star ratings and four/five-diamond ratings are all over the place."

"This college student who is in love has stayed here countless times. I always stay here when I go out with my boyfriend every week. The price-performance ratio is very high. The projection screen is also very large and looks very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and it is very comfortable to take a shower. I like the mirror in the bathroom the most. It is very comfortable to put on makeup. The scale is also Xiaomi. I have already known the sister at the front desk. Every time I come, she will upgrade my room type. "We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"Vienna International Hotel consistently delivers quality, and I've chosen it many times without disappointment. The Changchun Wanda branch was particularly satisfying. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and of high quality with excellent cleanliness. The front desk staff and housekeepers are professional, helpful, and have a wonderful attitude, leaving a lasting impression. The location is convenient, and the breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Thumbs up three times!"

"The room was OK, I was upgraded for free, the room was clean and hygienic, the pillow was too high, the bed sheet was made of very slippery material, very thin, not pure cotton, and it made noises when I turned over.
